Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
We store account data supplied during registration, submission records, votes, reports, and moderation history. A report may include an account ID, IP address hash, timestamp, device or browser information represented by a request identifier, report reason, explanation, and moderation history where applicable. This information helps prevent abuse, support safety, meet legal obligations, preserve audit records, and resolve disputes.
Anonymous reporting and voting use privacy-preserving first-party identifiers. IP addresses are transformed with a one-way salted hash; raw IP addresses are not stored or displayed. Reporter identities are generally not shared publicly or with the uploader, except when legally required. Uploaders may receive notice of moderation actions without receiving the reporter’s identity.
If you continue with Facebook, we store the app-scoped Facebook account identifier, name, and email address returned for sign-in. We do not retain the Facebook access token. To request deletion of your Facebook-linked account and associated personal data, contact noresponse@finalso.com from the account email address.
We do not use invasive browser fingerprinting. Embedded YouTube players are operated by YouTube and may process data under YouTube’s policies. We may preserve reported content and related records for safety, legal, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes and may cooperate with valid legal requests. Contact noresponse@finalso.com for privacy requests; replace this placeholder and have this generated language reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch. It is not formal legal advice.
